Wool V-Neck Long Sleeve Jersey Top

The fabric

Wool jersey at 220gsm, opaque with stretch. It has weight and body, sits close without clinging, and holds its shape wash after wash better than a lighter knit would. This is the heaviest fabric we work with, built specifically for when the temperature actually drops.

The fit

Regular fit, regular length. A v-neck and long sleeves, cut close enough to layer a jacket over and loose enough to move in through the day. Nothing tailored about it, no waist shaping, just a straightforward top that does the job of keeping you warm.

How to wear it

For the cooler months, not the beach. Layer it under a jacket for the walk into town, or wear it alone on a cold night in when the wind's come up off the water. It pairs well with denim or wool trousers once the daytime heat has properly gone.

Care

Machine wash cold, hang to dry in the shade. Wool keeps its shape best when it isn't wrung out or left balled up in the machine. Avoid the tumble dryer altogether if you want it to last.
