Where we ship

We ship right across Australia. Every order is sent with Australia Post, fully tracked — you can follow it on the official Australia Post website.

Cost

Free shipping on every order over $150. Below $150 a flat rate applies; the exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

How long it takes

Orders are packed by hand within 1–3 business days. Your estimated delivery date is always shown at checkout, and you'll get tracking updates by email the whole way.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel is scanned you'll receive an email with a tracking number. If anything looks stuck, message us and we'll chase it up with Australia Post ourselves.
