Live in it for a full 60 days — wear it, wash it, pack it. If it isn't right, send it back within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.

What we need

Items should be unworn and in their original condition. That's it — no restocking fee, no fine print.

How to start a return

Message us with your order number and which piece you're returning. We'll send you simple instructions the same or next business day.

When you get your money back

Once your return arrives with us we process the refund to your original payment method. Banks usually take a further 3–5 business days to show it.

Wrong size? Tell us which size you want when you message us and we'll sort it out — everything runs true to size, and every product page has a size guide in cm and inches for menswear and womenswear.
