60 days to decide

Take a full 60 days from delivery. Try it on, live with it, see how it sits against the rest of your wardrobe. If it isn't right, send it back for a full refund.

What we need

Items must come back unworn and unwashed, in their original condition with tags attached. That's it — no restocking fee, no fine print.

How to start a return

Message us with your order number and which piece you're returning. We'll send you the return address and simple instructions the same or next business day.

Return postage

Return postage is at your own cost. We'd recommend a tracked service — send us the tracking number once it's on its way and we'll watch for it at our end.

When you get your money back

Once your return reaches us we process the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank usually takes a further 3–5 business days to show it.

Wrong size? Tell us which size you want when you message us and we'll sort it out — everything runs true to size, and every product page has a size guide in cm and inches.
