Before you write — the quick answers

• Where's my order? You'll have had an email with an Australia Post tracking number as soon as your parcel was scanned. If tracking hasn't moved for several days, message us and we'll open an enquiry ourselves rather than sending you to do it.
• Which size should I take? Everything runs true to size. There's a size guide in centimetres and inches on every product page. Still torn between two? Send us your measurements and what you're looking at — we'll tell you which one.
• I want to return or exchange something. You have 60 days. Send us your order number and which piece it is; the details are in our returns policy.
• How long does delivery take? Packed by hand in 1–3 business days, then Australia Post. Full detail on the shipping page.
• Will linen crease? Yes, and that's the fabric working. It softens with every wash.

Writing to us about an order

Include your order number and, if something arrived damaged or isn't what you ordered, a photo. It saves a round of emails and we can usually resolve it in one reply.
