Processing Times

Please allow 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday) for us to process and ship your order. All packages are shipped with a tracking number. An express shipping option is available at checkout.

Where Your Order Ships From

Our pieces are dispatched by our fulfilment partner in Asia and shipped directly to you. This keeps our prices fair - it does mean delivery takes a little longer than a local warehouse, and we would rather be upfront about that.

Duties and Taxes

Any import duties or taxes are already included in the price you pay at checkout. There is nothing further to pay on delivery.
