A relaxed shirt dress in striped linen, with a ruffled placket down the front and patch pockets at the hip. Short sleeve, mini length, cut loose rather than fitted. Built more for lounging than a tailored occasion, though it holds up as a cover-up too.
The fabric
148gsm 100% linen, yarn-dyed in a mono stripe. Mediumweight but semi-sheer, so it's worth a slip underneath in strong light. The stripe runs the same on both sides of the placket, so it lines up when buttoned.
The fit
Relaxed fit, straight silhouette, mini length. Short sleeve, with a ruffled button placket at the front and patch pockets on both sides. There's no waist shaping, so it hangs straight from the shoulder rather than nipping in.
How to wear it
Loose over swimwear, or on its own around the house — it's built for loungewear rather than tailored occasions. Patch pockets mean it works without needing to carry a bag, whether that's keys at the beach or a phone around the house.
