Straight leg trousers in wool, heavyweight and relaxed, with a full elastic waist. For the handful of weeks a year that call for something warmer than linen, when the wind off the water actually has a bite to it.
The fabric
Wool at 290gsm, heavyweight and opaque, with stretch built into the weave. This is the heaviest cloth in the range, made for cold rather than heat, and it holds warmth without needing a lining underneath.
The fit
Relaxed fit through the hip with a straight leg and full length. Mid rise with a full elastic waist, so there's no belt to fuss with and the stretch does the rest, whether you're sitting at a desk all day or moving around.
How to wear it
An everyday trouser for cooler weather — with boots and a jumper, or layered under a coat for the days the wind doesn't let up. Three neutral colourways, easy to build a week around.
