Jersey Knit Button Detail Long Sleeve Top
A long sleeve jersey top with stretch through the body and a row of buttons at the neckline, heavier than your average tee and built to go on once the sun starts dropping and the breeze turns cooler off the water.
The fabric
A yarn-dyed jersey knit at 200gsm, heavyweight for a knit and opaque, with stretch built in. Solid colour, no print — the weight and the give do the work here, and the yarn-dyeing means the colour runs through the fibre rather than sitting on top of it.
The fit
A regular fit through the body with long sleeves and a button detail at the neckline. The stretch means it moves with you rather than pulling across the shoulders, so it layers easily under something heavier without feeling tight.
How to wear it
An evening piece for the coast: over shorts once the wind picks up, or layered under a jacket when the night cools down faster than the day warmed up. Equally at home on a resort evening as it is back home on a mild night.
