100% Linen Yarn-Dyed Round Neck Button Shirt
A lightweight linen shirt with a round neck, short sleeves and a run of buttons down the front, made to be worn open as much as closed. Yarn-dyed before weaving, which gives the stripe colourways an even, fade-resistant tone that holds up better than a fabric printed after the fact.
The fabric
100% linen, lightweight and semi-sheer — expect some showthrough in bright light, so it layers well over a singlet or swimsuit rather than being worn as the only thing on. No stretch, which is standard for a woven linen this light. Yarn-dyed for colour that runs through the thread rather than sitting on top.
The fit
Regular fit, round neck, short sleeves, regular length that sits around the hip. Loose enough through the body to move air, close enough to the shape that it doesn't billow.
How to wear it
Open over a swimsuit at the beach, buttoned halfway for a walk along the esplanade, or done all the way up once the heat drops off in the evening.
