The fabric
100% linen, heavyweight in hand but semi-sheer, with no stretch. Wear them over a slip or with a longer top on top, given the sheerness. The heavier hand of the linen still holds the pleats well despite the lighter weave.
The fit
Regular fit, straight leg, mini length, mid rise with a partial elastic waist. A straight, H-line through the leg keeps it simple, with no shaping to fuss over.
