The fabric

100% linen, lightweight and opaque, with no stretch. The check is woven in, not printed, so it won't fade the way a print does, and the lightweight cloth means it doesn't sit heavy on the shoulders even in an oversized cut. Easy to layer under a cardigan when the aircon runs cold.

The fit

Oversized and straight through the body (H-line), regular length. A round boat neck across the shoulders, with half sleeves that sit above the elbow, giving plenty of room to move without ever feeling tight under the arms.

How to wear it

Care

Machine wash cold, hang to dry in the shade. Skip the dryer, it shortens the life of the weave. A warm iron while damp settles the check back into shape.
